What we collect

The child's first name and, if given, a pronunciation spelling; the purchaser's email address, collected at checkout. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers. There are no customer accounts.

Why

To make the preview and the video, to deliver the video, and to email the link to it.

Who processes it

Our cloud host (Amazon Web Services); our voice-generation provider, which receives only the first name or pronunciation spelling, never the purchaser's details; our payment provider; and our email delivery service (Amazon SES).

How long we keep it

Previews are deleted after 30 days; purchased videos are kept for a limited period so you can download them again (period to be confirmed); order records are kept as required for accounting.

Children

The service is meant for parents and other adults. The only information about a child is the first name the adult provides.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your order and video at any time. Contact: to be confirmed.
